Olive oil is full of energy it contains vitamin A and E. Energy enriched oil is as beneficial to the internal body as it is to the skin. Olive oil can be used in many ways for a number of features. So add olive oil to your beauty products so that skin related issue should not be a problem anymore.


Moisturiser, Glows the skin:

The olive oil is a good moisturiser as it absorbs deeply into the skin. It helps in protecting skin in many ways it helps in getting rid of dryness as it keep the skin soft.

If your skin is dry, then mix pinch of salt in the olive oil and scrub the face gently. Apply this on the parts of the skin that are affected by the dryness so the dry skin will be replaced by a new fresh skin. You can also mesh the strawberries (4-5) mix in olive oil and then use the mixture on the face.


Delays Aging:

Antioxidants, Vitamins A and Vitamin in olive oil helps you protect and recover from the harmness caused due to pollution and smoke. In past people used olive oil to enhance their beauty and their skin looks fresh despite growing age.

Olive oil can also be used as a makeup remover, it helps in cleaning the makeup near the delicate part of eyes, put some olive oil on the cotton and gently clear the eyes. Regular use makes the skin soften.


Hair Growth:

Olive oil moisturiser your hair and reduces scalp irritation, which further reduces dandruff. Just heat a cup of olive oil and massage hair generously, especially on the scalp and the ends. Let it sit for 20 minutes, post which rinse your hair with mild shampoo.


Controls Cholesterol, Great for Healthy Heart:


The main type of fat found in olive oil is monounsaturated fat (MUFA) it lowers the bad cholesterol and may also help normalise blood clotting. Reducing your cholesterol means your arteries will be less clogged, leading to a lower risk of heart disease and strokes.

Adding two spoon of olive oil in salad is a good and simple option to make it part of regular diet. Olive oil is a healthy choice for cooking as well so its time to switch to a better diet.
