Statistics of Pakistani Team & Players in Test, ODI and T20I

Pakistan Cricket Team finishes the year 2017 with high performances by winning Champions Trophy 2017, Finishing Top on T20 Internationals ICC rankings, among Players Babar Azam being No.4 Batsman in the world, Muhammad Hafeez top All rounder in ODI, Hasan Ali top the ODI ICC Rankings and Imad Wasim being No.1 T20I Bowler in the world.

Below are some Brilliant Performances in year 2017:

Team Performances:

422 was the highest total this year in test against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi.

338 was the highest total by Pakistan in One Day International against India in 2017, It was the final of Champions Trophy which Pakistan won by 180 Runs to lift the CT2017.

Pakistan score 3 above 300 scores in 2017 in all ODIs.

197 versus World XI was the top score from Pakistan Team this year in T20 Internationals in Lahore.

Fakhar Zaman was the man of the match in Champions Trophy Final with his brilliant century.

Players Batting Performances:

Azhar Ali score 504 runs in 12 innings in test this year, while Babar Azam was top scorer in both ODIs and T20 Internationals with score of 872 and 352 respectively.

Younis Khan 175 Not Out versus Australia was the highest individual score this year.

Babar Azam 125 against West Indies was the top score by individual score this year, while Fakahr Zaman knock of 114 was the second best against India in Champions Trophy 2017 Final.

No Pakistani Score hundred this Year in T20 Internationals, Ahmed Shehzad’s 89 Versus World XI in Lahore was the top individual knock with strike rate of 161.8. Babar Azam’s 86 was the second best.

Azhar Ali score 2 Hundred this years was the most by Pakistani batsman in Test Cricket in 2017.

Babar Azam tops the ODI with 4 hundred this years. Only 3 others Batmen score Hundred this year in ODI, one each for Imam-ul-Haq, Fakhar Zaman & Shoaib Malik.

Azhar Ali score 5 Fifty + this years was the most by Pakistani batsman in Test Cricket in 2017.

Babar Azam tops the ODI with 6 Fifty + this years.

Ahmed Shehzad Scores 2 Fifties in T20 Internationals this most by Pakistani this year.

Misbah-ul-Haq achived best averages in test for Paksitan this year with average of 54.50.

Babar Azam achived average of 67.07 in ODI  with 4 hundreds but top on the list was Imam-ul-Haq who averaged 73.50 in 3 matches scoring 1 hundred against Sri Lanka.

Shoaib Malik Tops T20 Internationals Average charts with average of 45.50.

Interestingly, Babar Azam got out in ducks in 5 Innings in test this year, most ducks by Pakistani Batsmen this year in tests.

Players Bowling Performances:

Yasir Shah was the best bowler in Test with 43 wickets.

Hasan Ali tops the ODI wickets for Pakistan with 45 wickets this year including Man of the series in Champions Trophy 2017. He is the No.1 ODI bowler today.

In Tests Yasir Shah Takes 5 five wickets hauls amongst all Pakistani bowlers.

In ODI Hasan Ali among top bowlers who took 3 five wicket hauls with Strike rate of 20.3.

Most Runs conceded in an innings in test by Yasir shah with 184 against Sri Lanka in Dubai this year where he took 6 batsmen.

In ODI, Hasan Ali gave most runs in one innings against Australia in Adelaide, his figures were 2 for 100. Wahab Riaz at no.2 with figures of none for 87 in 8.4 overs vs india in first match of Champions Trophy 2017.

Wahb Riaz, Sohail Khan and Hasan Ali conceded 44 Runs each in T20 Internationals this year being most expensive on one innings.

Wicket Keeping Performances:

Sarfraz Ahmed capture 52 dismissals in total in all three formats this year. Only other Wicket Keeper plays in Pakistan colors this year was Muhammad Rizwan who took 12 scalps.

Fielding Performances:

Younis Khan amongst top in tests as he takes 10 Catches in 8 innings with 1.25 catches per innings. In ODI Babar Azam takes 12 catches while Imad Wasim was on top in T20 Internationals with 7 catches.

Now Pakistan Cricket Team start the year with tour of New Zealand where they play five One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20  Internationals (T20I) matches. We hope Pakistan Team will win this series and start year 2018 with winning note.
